A live multimedia presentation that touches on the stories of Sojourner Truth, Booker T. Washington, Frederick Douglass, W.E.B. DuBois, Rosa Parks, Fannie Lou Hamer, and many others. CES credit available.

Last week, Saint Francis students (including several HiPS majors) taking part in the University’s Semester in France program had the opportunity to take part in a ceremony at the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Every evening at 6:30 a ceremony is held at the Arc de Triomphe in Paris to honor French soldiers, including the unknown soldier.

Dr. Melusky reports that 2008 Saint Francis University graduate, Karesa Hodak, recently became one of the newest members of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law’s Law Review. Congratulations to Karesa for earning such a prestigious honor.
